Holiday Entitlement
Standard holiday entitlement is 28 days per year, plus all statutory holidays. An extra day is then accrued upon completion of three years continuous service up to a maximum annual entitlement of 31 days.

We partner with Health Assured to offer support to staff in terms of mental health and wellbeing.
Health Assured provides an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), which includes a confidential telephone helpline which is available 24/7, 365 days a year, designed to deal with personal or professional problems that could be affecting an individual's home life or work life, health and general wellbeing. Face to face counselling sessions are also available to be arranged if needed.
Staff are also able to make the most of the services provided by using the My Healthy Advantage smartphone app. The health and wellbeing app provides an enhanced set of wellbeing tools and engaging features. The features are designed to improve the user's mental and physical health by using personal metrics to set goals and measure achievements.
